Randall started in the self storage business with Columbia Management Group in 2012. Randall’s primary role includes all acquisitions, managing the financial and business activity and oversight for all locations.

Prior to joining Columbia Management, Randall was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a major transportation company until the sale in 2008. After the sale of the company, Randall established a consulting business specializing in financial management for multiple businesses over several industries.

Ryan brings over a decade of diverse experience to his role as Operations Manager at Columbia Management Group, joining the self storage industry in 2013. As a Seton Hall graduate with a strong analytical background, he meticulously oversees the company's daily operations, encompassing administration, finance, and accounting.

Prior to delving into the world of self storage, Ryan spent 7 years at two Fortune 500 insurance companies. There, he thrived as a Senior Underwriter, specializing in Property & Casualty insurance for both domestic and international clients. This experience instilled in him a keen eye for detail and a mastery of financial management, assets he brings to Columbia Management Group with unwavering dedication.

Randall boasts over 10 years of experience in the self storage industry, bringing a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to Columbia Management Group as Chief Brand Officer. His responsibilities encompass marketing, networking, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Prior to founding Columbia Management Group, Randall honed his skills on the IT team of a major container terminal operator. There, he played a role in software development for both domestic and international ports and terminals.

This foundation in technology stems from his 2001 graduation from Seton Hall University with a degree in Business Management Information Systems. This blend of business and technical expertise makes him uniquely qualified to lead the charge in building Columbia Management Group's brand and fostering strong client relationships.
