Columbia Realty Group was formed in 2017, when we acquired The Preserve at West Caldwell, a luxurious, high-end, 55 and older community. We expanded our services to include property management which serves the need for quality rentals and management support in our area. We manage rental properties primarily located throughout Northern New Jersey.
